Birthday Card for my dad

This is a birthday card for my dad.
His birthday is my due date!!! But i'll be having the baby the week before if I get that far. 6 days before my dads birthday it's my birthday so I might have the present of a baby for it. Exciting!

I really like this card. Simple, cute and perfect for a male. I'm going to do my partners like this too.
I cut the shape with my silhouette so hopefully I am ok to enter this for C.R.A.F.T their theme is die cuts.
I think I should be ok to enter this for Cupcake Craft challenge. Their theme is things you find at the farm and the image is a mouse!
and finally I am entering this at Papertake with their theme Anything goes and Totally gorjuss with their Them of something I like!

Baby is due in 6 weeks and I have so much to do still.

We took Morgan to the Safari park at the weekend. He loved it. He loves Tigers :-)

Some Odd Girl Anniversary challenge

Hi everyone!

It is Some Odd Girl's 1 year Anniversary and they are having a week of celebrations!
Me and Morgan have been busy today colouring and crafting for the events. We have been working on The kids challenge. I have also been working on 1 digi 3 ways which will be in this post too.
For the kids challenge, I printed out 2 SOG digis and gave them to Morgan to use his "sensels" (pencils lol) on. Morgan is 2 and a half and adores colouring, and painting and playdoh! I didn't feel brave enough to get the paints out today as I wanted to do some crafting too. We were doing this for at least 2 hours!

Excuse his terrible messy hair and not being dressed lol!!! We are having a lazy Friday!

This is rare. Morgan saying cheese! He never smiles for the camera, he must really like SOG images!!!

While Morgan was happily colouring, I was working on Lee's Valentines card. Yesterday I recieved a prize I won from sir stampalot's blog hop, a Martha Stewart punch around the page punch. It's so fun!!!!!! I had to use it today of course. I've never used one before so the paper size was something I didn't know and the paper size was wrong. I eventually worked it out and realised the paper was too big lol! So I decided on a wall hanging type of thing (it'll go on the fire) instead of a card which gave me the most fantastic idea which you will see at the end!!

Here is the hanger. Lee isn't a romantic kind of person. We are both not really into all that sappy love stuff so Spike (which is Lee's nickname too!) had to be used! I of course had to add some hearts... It IS a valentines card after all. I cut out the white heart with my Silhouette and stamped 'Happy Valentines Day' over and over it. It looked too plain just being stamped once, and I added some glitter around the heart which is still wet! I thought adding the red paper clip thing would look cool too. and the ribbon was added so that there was something else green!
I then printed another digi of Spike onto the envelope and used the heart cut out the silhouette had made to sponge a heart on the envelope.

For the third use of the digi I had a fantastic idea, I took Morgans finished Spike and put it on the back of the hanger!! I'm very impressed with myself for thinking of doing this.

I love that!!! That will go on the fridge when Valentines day it over :)

Hi!

I have been busy. But not with paper!
I did finally sit down and make a card. I was going to make Lee's valentines card but he was in the room at the time so I just made a card I can put with others and use when needed.

I love how it turned out. Nice and simple I think!

I have a lot of this orange card that I never use because it is so thick! It is so hard to cut and score but it is really nice, has a nice marble like pattern on it and I wanted to use it.
I have used some glitter on the deers eyes and little nails but it's hard to see and I coloured her with my promarkers.

Yay I finally used the new dp I bought at the weekend. It's My mind's eye paper. I love it, it's lovely and was half price!

I was sitting for ages looking at which piece to use first. I'm glad I chose this piece (the spotty part is the same piece but on the other side) as I think it goes well with the image! Reminds me of what is to come very soon.... SPRING! I can't wait, I miss the Sun so much. We had a bit of sun again today and it cheered me up and gave me lots of energy :)
The piece of paper behind the image is transparent with a greeny shine when held up to light. I was sticking it down so you could see the dp through it but I forgot to do it and stuck it raised lol

Hi everyone,

I've made this card for Lee's sister. I really really like it! Nice and Spring like. I woke up to the sunshine today which was such a lovely feeling so this goes well with the mood I was in.
I printed the sentiment onto the dp and was very impressed that it worked as i've never done it before. I was planning on using a image but then wanted to just use this dp.

Hello!

I made this card for my partner Lee's Nana. Her birthday isn't untill February but I'm sure i'll be like a headless chicken getting everything ready for when the baby arrives in March... I made a list of what needs doing a few days ago and I am still not doing anything... I'd much rather craft than clean and sort things out!

I wanted to try a simple looking card too. I really love how it turned out :)
Next time I make a card from a white card i'll photograph it with a coloured background, you can't see the white much.

Hi everyone :)

It's 4.50am and i've been awake since 3am!!! All my STUPID partners fault for deciding he'd go to sleep at 3am and wake me. I was annoyed but after some coffee, chocolate and the thought of him having to get up soon with our son has put me in a better mood, haha!

I thought i'd join in with The stamp man's blog hop and challenge while I have the time now.
The challenge is to post your favourite project of 2010. I have not done as much paper craft as the year before so I thought choosing a favourite would be quick and easy... How very wrong I was.
I eventually chose this one, I made it last year in January and gave it to my partner's sister

I really really like this, I might have to 're-make' it soon!

I think i'm about half way done :s Not sure why I thought making them would be better than just buying them now!!! I also finished the envelopes last night and heat embossed a little snowflake on them.

As you can see, some do not have the snowflakes on yet, I did this when my son was sleeping and didn't want to make too much noise getting the silhouette to cut more snowflakes out so i'll do this at the weekend when he's at his grandparents.
I'm so glad I made them small now. I don't have that much Christmas/Winter themed paper and didn't realise how many cards i'd need to do!!! I've never made so many in a short time like this.

Hi everyone,

So it's new years eve! I hope you all have a lovely night, this year we have a party to go to, I hope I can last till 12 as I am always tired by 5pm now.

I finished my new years card off today, it's for the friends who are having the party.

I wish I could get a nicer photo of it, but I can't seem to. I know I shouldn't use flash but I only really get time to take the photo in the evening and it's so dark then!
I used promarkers to colour the image which is a freebie from The Greeting Farm, and used stickles on the new years headband and bubbles in the glass.
I put some stitching on it too, I quite like doing this! Need lots of practice still though.

Good morning!
8.10am here and my son is still not awake!! He is usually awake by 7.30am but he isn't too well due to getting some back teeth so I guess he's sleeping in. If I knew that, i'd still be in bed :p!

I started making Thank you cards for the presents we got at Christmas. I don't think I need to make too many, 10-15 and i've made them all simple so it hasn't taken too long. I've used stickles and coloured gems with promarkers so i've been waiting for them to dry which has taken it longer!
I've just taken a photo of the first 3 so far. I've done about 6 and have another 4 to go and then i'll finish my new years card.

Photos are not too great, I got bored trying to get a nice photo of them lol. Stupid dark evenings!!
I'm really happy with the way they have turned out, I can't remember the last time I didn't use an image on my cards and I tried new things, the shapes are cut with my silhouette and I used my sewing machine around the edges.
I'll take photos of the rest when they are finished.

Tag!

Hi everyone,

I've finally found a little time to do something. Hurrah! Ok it's not much, just a gift tag but I had lots of fun making it. I used my silhouette to make the tag shape and cut the dp out in the same shape and stuck it on the tag. The image is a Dustin Pike Freebie, I love this image!!! I used my promarkers to colour him.
I do love how the image is just right there, on display, nothing else is trying to overshine it! I know I should of added some stitching, but I didn't think about it untill after.

Passion for promarkers have a big Christmas challenge going on now, with the theme of anything. So i'm going to enter this!
I would also like to enter it in I love promarkers, the theme is anything too!

After I made the tag, I made a little coin purse. I love this fabric, it's so cute!

I know in the time I did these, I should of made thank you cards for all the Christmas presents Morgan got but I forgot!!! Hopefully i'll start them soon.

Just want to wish everyone a Happy Christmas :)!

I made some name place tags today for the table. They were so simple and I think they are fab.

This is our first Christmas dinner at home so fingers crossed it all goes well. Thankfully I won't be stressing out about the food as my partner is cooking!

Woooo!!!

My absence has been ridiculous!
I made my first card in months the other day, I enjoyed it so much. I want to do more but I have some things to make for Christmas and my lovely little boy refuses to nap in the day now and I am always so tired in the evening, I don't get much time!!!
My pregnancy is going well. I am 26 weeks and 4 days which is fantastic. My son was born at 26 weeks and 2 days, so I am very glad to be past that.

When I have had time to craft, i've been sewing and stuff! I love making little purses

I bought a silhouette on Monday! FANTASTIC! I love it and i've only used it once. It was £40, Bargain! All thanks to my cousin buying one and tempting me to get one. I got the last one too. I can't wait to use it properly, soon!

My craft things are again hidden away because of lack of space :( Today I did get to make something though, yay!
It is a candle with Morgan's 12 and 20 week scan and Birth information on.

We are having another baby, yay!!!! I am 14 weeks pregnant now. Baby is due in March.

Hi everyone,

No card, just an update!!! I don't want you to think i've dissappeared :)
BUSY is not the word!!! This week has been so hectic, when I did have time to sit down thats what I did, Sat down and didn't move lol!!
Morgan's birthday was yesterday, he had a fab day lots of presents. I used his birthday money on a train set and later we went out for dinner (and Morgan ate too much and was sick!!!!)
and tomorrow we have his birthday party. It's SUPPOSE to be Summer, but it's raining! I am not happy as his party is a Summer theme, he has loads of outside toys that we won't be able to play :( I hope the weather changes but so far it says 1pm Rain and that is when his party starts! grrr!
Well, i've got to go double check my food list and get some music sorted out before tomorrow, Lee needs to make some cookies (I tried and failed), then the party is at mums (bigger house) so we need to get over there before 1pm! We have some other bits to cook too. Then on Sunday we have a wedding to go to, so no weekened to ourselfs, but it'll be a nice weekend :)

Just before I go, Amy At a Thousand sheets of paper has some candy and wow!!! It is amazing. Lots and lots to win please do go and see, you will feel the need to enter :)

My sons birthday card

In 3 days, my little boy is going to be 2!! I've been busy sorting out his birthday and his party and finally got a little time to do his card, it's an easel one. My desk is full of birthday stuff so i've just quickly taken the photo with flash!!! No time or space to do it properly!

His party has a Summer theme so I thought i'd use these stickers!!!! I added some gems on the ribbon (even though the flash doesn't show them well, my fault for being lazy), so i'll enter it at Sir stamp a lot the theme is bling.
I didn't put much effort into this to be honest!!!! He is 2 and will either ignore the card or destroy it so I didn't bother but I didn't not want to make him one :)
Normal card making shall resume after his birthday, party and a wedding we are going to as long as my uni work is up to date and Morgan naps!
My little boy is in a bed now too!!! He has taken to it SO WELL, I am so proud!!!

His first night in his bed. He got out and played so quietly and then got back in bed and went to sleep :)!!!

I am entering it for The basic grey challenge which it stiching (on the image and ribbon) as I used this gorgeous basicgrey design paper!, Get Sketchy which is a sketch and Passion for promarkers and the theme there is Distressing which I have done around the image.

Hi everyone :)!

I have 2 cards to show you today. I made these for 2 ladies in the birthday RAK club I am in! I am late in sending them as i've not had time or space to craft! I'll be sending these on Monday. Hopefully they don't see them, but if they do they don't know who's is for who :)

I love this image and I am very impressed with the way I coloured the wings, I think they look really nice :) I made a little bookmark with the left over paper and card too. I used my promarkers on the image and the green butterfly on the bookmark. I have embossed the green DP with a butterfly embossing pattern, you might need to click the image to see it and I went around the image and the sentiment with stickles.
I would also like to enter this at Polka Doodles. They are having a big Aqua promarkers contest!!! I think the Aqua promarkers look great and i'd love to try some. I wanted to enter this because I am so pleased with the image wings!

This is my 2nd card. I think it's turned out so cute! I love this image! I also made a matching bookmark for this too. I love the twisty ribbon I thought of adding so the purple and yellow wasn't just on the image.

I left a space so the bookmark looked like it belonged there :)

Ok gota go, we are going out to have some dinner, yumyum!

Hi everyone!!!

WOW! It's been so long since i've been on here! I really do miss crafting, I do have my love for it back but I have been so busy, I literally have no time :( And another big thing is the room I craft in is so messy because we need to sort it out and we can't do that untill we have sold some of the stuff in there which we can't do untill hopefully this sunday and then thats if it all sells! hopefully then I will have space and time to start again... I really want to!

Thank you my followers who have kept following me, I know some stopped which I completly understand. I am so happy to come back to some followers still!

Hello everyone!

Sorry for the lack of posts. It's been a busy week and everytime I had time to craft I couldn't be bothered to move, lol. I have been quite lazy this week!!! I have not exercised enough and ate too much chocolate so I was very surprised to get on the scales today and see a 1lb loss! Thats a 30lb loss since January now. Wooo!!

Morgan is at his grandparents now so I have a little time to craft :)

I have made this card for The sugar bowl challenge which is a sketch and use a punch too.

I found this image already coloured so I finally decided to use it! It is SO cute I don't know how I haven't used it before!!! I sprayed the image and the scalloped circle in the top right with some misty spray stuff to make it sparkly :) I did originaly cover the image and spray but it didn't look right when I did it so I sprayed it all. The ribbon is ribbon my Pj's were wraped in when I bought them!! I obviously HAD to save it. It's actually 2 ribbons and I thought the pink looked really nice with the stars over it.

If you click the image you can see the punched part closer and I used my MS punch. I love the dp which was given to me and I didn't want to completly cover it so I used a piece of paper stuff that's transparent but has a two toned kind of effect on it so you could see more of the dp!

I have a busy weekend so it should be fun! I hope you all have a lovely weekend too :) xxx

Hi everyone,

I was so lucky to win some beautiful bee stamps from Cuddly buddy. They are always giving away stamps so go and see!! I was so lucky to win not 3 but 6 stamps!!!! I won these. Sooo cute and they stamp so well!!

I got a little time to use them tonight, my little boy Morgans sick and I have a uni assignment due to I don't have as much time to craft as I usually do right now!

Excuse the photo, it's dark here and i used flash.

I know the colours look orange but they are yellow :s I will try and get a better photo tomorrow as long as it's sunny!!

I used glitter around the candle and also some stickles on the bee's wings! The dp has been embossed with a butterfly pattern too :)

Hello everyone :)

I bought a cross trainer yesterday and it is amazing!!!! I couldn't walk properly when I got off it today, lol. I felt so good too!

After the cross trainer I thought as I couldn't walk properly I would do some crafting and I remembered a freebie from Pixie Dust Studio I have so I printed Wink out and coloured him :)

I also bought some new dp a few days ago so I used this too!

I loved colouring him in.

I was going to make a sentiment saying something like 'Your the boss', but looking through my stash I found these disney stickers I got in a birthday RAK and I thought 'Fairytale Dreams' was perfect!

Now I must go and do what I should of instead of crafting, Uni work! Have a nice day everyone :D

Monochromatic card

Hi everyone,

I had a go at a monochromatic card today, I hope it's ok! I love this image :) It's from Paper makeup stamps

If you click on the image you can see where the sentiment is it has been heat embossed with clear powder and embossed with my cuttlebug too. I did that the wrong way around but I like it! I cut the shape out that the sentiment is stamped on with my nestabilities so I could enter this for Tamiko's challenge. I wanted to use the same shape with the image too but the image was too big!

I got the sentiment with the image, they go together so well :) I made another arm so I could layer it over the sentiment too.

I also wanted to enter Sunday Sketch and stamp's challenge which is use an old sketch and I chose this one (Sketch 08)

Sunday Sketch and stamp are having 1st birthday celebrations with a blog hop and candy so get on over there to play :)

I have a birthday card to show you today! I won a $25 voucher at Instyle Stamps and got some GORGEOUS stamps!!! I got digi ones so I could play ASAP!

Here is Princess Clarissa. She is so cute :)

2 posts in 1 day is rare for me!!! I had to quickly make a card for Stampin with CJ as they are having a DT call and now I have a printer I can try!!! The call ends tonight!

The image is awesome! I didn't do much else except add dp and some 'treasure gems' as I love this dp that Lisa sent me last year and I don't want to cover it up too much!!! I thought the bow was a nice finishing touch :)

I've been so busy I forgot it's my cousins little boys 2nd birthday tomorrow!!! I wanted to put '2' on the card but the printer has not arrived yet. I bet it comes tomorrow when I am out, grrr!

Hi everyone :)

I was going to wait untill I had been to town to get something for this candy but then I thought I could offer something I made for my cards to you!

My mum asked me to make a card for a friend about a month ago now and I wanted something to add on the back of the card to say it was made by me. I have seen there are personalised stamps but being on a budget of £0.00p, buying one wasn't going to happen so I decided to make one. I've made a lot of website banners and stuff like that so I found it quite easy to do but I know some people may not and may not be able to afford the stamps.
This is my personalised stamp, I printed it on card and stuck it to a scallop circle.

So the candy is a sheet of these circles with what text you want on it (As long as it fits) and i'll post some scallop circles for you too. I might add some more to the candy if I find anything, it'll be a surprise ;)

The personalised stamp will be emailed so you can use it as much as you like. I would print them for you but I have no printer right now :(

I think the circle is just over 1 1/2 inches wide (I have no idea how to measure it properly!)

A few days ago P3 came out with a new challenge. P3 is a challenge blog for 3d projects! This month they are having a Design Team call and the challenge is a photo inspired one. This is the photo

How incredible is that!?!?! This was made by Wendy Vecchi.

The prize this month is fab too, Wendy Vecchi's Book AND a flower-shaped Spellbinders die.

I don't have much imagination and I always struggle with 3d (Thats why I love doing it, lol) so I look for online tutorials. I wanted to do some of them big paperclip bookmarks but I can't find any big paperclips sooo I went with an explosion box. This did my head in finding a tutorial, I found a few and eventually went with one from Split Coast Stampers. Scs have fab tutorials I am just terrible with inches so I get annoyed when I get it wrong because I can't figure out inches lol. I did a test box and it went ok but I wanted the sides a bit longer and this is what I came up with. The outside is plain because I didn't want it to look too good and outshine the inside! If I made this for someone in mind I think it would of turned out so much better but I didn't!

The dp on this is more green but it doesn't look it :s

I still want to work on this and make the sides longer and the lid is a tiny bit small. I must get prepared for getting very annoyed and wasting loads of paper! lol

Hiii everyone!!

I got my Paper makeup stamps from their sale a few days ago. They were SO worth the wait!

I love them. I also see some of the stamps I bought are now not on sale so I feel lucky to of gotten them :)

I have also ordered a printer, FINALLY!!! I hope it's here tomorrow, I have so many digi images!!! and so many cards that need sentiments, lol.

Ok here is my card I made I kept it nice and simple and was going to add something else but forgot!

Sorry about the terrible 1st image, I was too lazy to get my tripod out so it's all my fault!

I love this dp and I decided to emboss it too! I also paper pierced with it too to bring the image and the dp together and I had to use some glitter!

I think this image is fantastic, perfect for April :D

Hi everyone!

I always get creative urges on days when I shouldn't... It's Lees birthday today and I felt the huge need to make a card so i've quickly come and fed my 'habit' with an Easter card! These images are so cute, I won these in a candy and they just have to go together!

I put the girl bunny on the inside, it's like the boy bunny is thinking about opening the card to find her!

I used 2 images and promarkers so can enter this at Passion for Promarkers and I followed the sketch at Simon Says PCP.

I really wanted to add Happy Easter but with no printer or easter stamp I couldn't!!

I hope this is ok for Tamiko's Easter Challenge and also as I used pastels I can enter this for Colour Create

I was making this card and expecting it to turn out ugly, but these images have really made it lovely!!

Annika Bookmark Card

Hi everyone :) I hope you all had a nice weekend. I did for a change, spent far too much money though!

I really love these bookmark cards and have made one with Annika today, she is holding books so she is perfect for a bookmark card!

The whole background is raised. I didn't intend to do this but I put one of my promarkers down and it left a mark on the yellow card I was using so I cut the background out and decided to raise it. There is no sentiment as I will add this card in my shop (As soon as I have a printer) so whoever wants it can add their own sentiment.

This is the inside and the bookmark

I didn't make the bookmark very wide because I think it's nice this size :) I added the hearts at the bottom and nothing else because I think this dp is enough!

I followed the sketch at Anyone for Anya? and now you can use CC designs images too!

and this fits for Totally Gorjuss's challenge of hearts and also Roses on paper's challenge of punch it!(ms heart punch on bookmark) and finally I will enter this at Crafty Cardmakers where the theme is spring!

Now I'm off to load more laundry. I am so behind thanks to my lazyness!

Hi everyone!

I wanted to make another bookmark card so I was using Annika as she is holding books. I was done with the card and wanted to use my ms punch on the bookmark but the card was too thick and I ruined the bookmark part so I cut it off and have a normal card to show you!

I followed and sketch as ICS and the colour theme of Pink and green at Totallypapercrafts

Hi everyone

I wanted to join in with A Spoonful of Sugar the theme is Bookmarks but I wanted to make a card too so over to Split Coast Stampers and found This Tutorial and have followed it!

Here is my Bookmark Card

I added the Cat from my Daisy Stamp so I could enter Passion for promarkers challenge which is Spring with a animal.

I paper Pierced the dress on the stamp on the bookmark and am entering it for Paper Sundaes challenge which is paper piercing!

I added dimension for Cute Card Thursday

And Simon Says, Charisma Cardz, Crafty Catz and Allsorts Challenge all have Spring Themes which I think my card fits into!

I also coloured in some flowers with a glitter pen for Simon Says too.

Hi everyone,

How has the week gone so fast???

I had some time today to craft and I recieved a GORGEOUS stamp that I won from Lorraine's simon says candy. It's seriously so cute. I could choose any Gruffies stamp and as soon as I saw this I KNEW what to do with it!

Morgans birthday isn't for another 4 months but I had to use this stamp now so I made an invite I might do. It's so simple and it shouldn't take too long to make a few for friends and family.

I can see Morgan sitting on our floor trying to get as much cake in his mouth before he was caught! haha.

I wasn't expecting the image to be so big so I used that for the front and the inside (It's kinda perfect!) I stamped the info I needed (Ignore how messy it is, the stamp isn't mounted and I couldn't be bothered to mount it when it's only a rough invite) . I'll add another piece of paper on the inside to put who the invite is for and rsvp.

So simple! I'll probably Change the card colour and i'll probably change the whole thing before August! I just wanted to show you this amazing, gorgeous stamp I feel so lucky to of won!

Hi everyone :)

After a terrible weekend I started to do some crafty things Sunday night and Morgan let me finish them today! I've not had time to share as I met a friend in town (and got craft goodies!) and need to get cracking on uni work :)

Here is the 1st one, it's a card. I LOVE this basicgrey paper and didn't want to cover it so put the image and sentiment inside.

The paper, blue and image so don't go together but I did it anyway! I love this Toby. It's the TGF New years Toby that I edited.

I'm going to enter this for Die Cut Dreams - New beginnings.

Oh Alice! - I have a butterfly in the bottom right :) It blends in well!

My 2nd creation is hanger. I love the house of mouse images I got in a birthday RAK so much and I always want to use them so I decided to do a hanger!

I did 2 images so you can see all the shimmer, glittery bits! I was making this and thought it looked a bit plain but the glittery paper makes it look fab I think!! I use some Copper Glittermist (I think it's called) on the flower too! This is the back of the hanger. I got these cutters today.

I Followed the sketch at Sweet Sketch Wednesday for this one :)

and my last creation is another hanger and I used another image from my birthday raks!

As soon as I have a printer I will add text under the image. I was cutting the orange around the image and it got like this and I thought it looked like them instant photos you can get and this gorjuss girl looks like she's posing for a shot!

Finally, I am going to update my candy for my followers :)

Ok so yesterday, I sold my 1st cards! I've always thought about maybe selling some but I was asked by a friend if she could buy some and she wanted 3! Since she asked, I have decided to open a shop so if people want to buy my cards they can :)

I will have a logo soon... I have been making one all day but it just never looked right!

Here it is! I was going to try etsy or folksy but I worked out i'd be loosing about 60p per card if I did so I am trying paypal on blogger. I hope it is all right, i've never done it before! I wanted it to look like my blog too so they felt like one but I wanted them seperate too.

Lee's birthday card

Hi everyone :)

Finally time to craft! Morgan is away at his grandparents. As soon as he left I fell asleep, lol. Then I made myself get up to start Lee's card only to remember he's taken over my desk to fix a computer! I have some draws my craft bits are in which I can use so I moved this into the living room and started :)

I was putting the card together and got so angry because I accidently stuck a bit of dp in the wrong place and it was ruined and the DP was a candy win so I only had one!!!! But It was double sided so I used the other side, I didn't like it as much but now I quite like it :)

The image is SO CUTE! It was an image from a birthday RAK I got and it's a gruffies bear . I was using the house of mouse ones I got too but I have no idea where I put them (I took them out to use them) but I love this image now! and I feel so lucky! I won candy from Lorraine's Simon says candy which was a gruffies stamp of my choice! I chose This one after much looking. It's sooo cute like them all but this one I could see Morgan doing this on his birthday if he got the chance, so I want to use it on his invitations :) I can't believe I'm thinking about his birthday already... it's not till August!

Hi everyone,

A couple of weeks ago, I won Daisy from Claudia and Company's release blog hop. I was really happy because out of them all, I loved Daisy because she is with a cat and my family love cats! Daisy came in the post yesterday and I had to ink her up straight away :)

I have been working on this card since yesterday because I kept getting interrupted and I used stickles so had to wait for that to dry!

Here she is,

An Easel card, my favourite which goes with Paper Sundaes Challenge of a multi fold spring card.

I didn't think to get a better photo of the bottom part when I was taking the picture!

The DP is from a Birthday RAK. If I remember correctly (as I stupidly piled everything up and didn't think to keep the cards with names in together with the presents!) it's from Faye :) The gems were also from a birthday RAK! I saw the gems and knew I had to use them!

I coloured daisy with Promarkers, kind of distressed around her and added the ribbon so it would go with Create4fun's Sketch!

I decided to stamp the kitty sepratly and make her the stopper thing and I also used stickles around the circle.

and it's all finished off with 'Happy Birthday' :)

I have a lot to celebrate next month and I wanted to give some candy away too so I have waited until now!

Belles & Whistles Photo Challenge

Hi everyone,

Belles & Whistles are having a "where do they live?" Challenge. You just have to photo one of your Belles & Whistles stamps where you live!

I knew what I wanted to do when I read the challenge, get Morgan to hold the stamp!! What a task that was. At first he didn't want to hold it and then he did but wanted the camera, then he was more interested in TV, then he wanted to eat the stamp! The poor stamp packet has teeth marks!

here are my photos, I took a few :)

I love his facial expressions on some photos, he expects the flash so scrunches his eyes up and I try and catch him before or after this so he face usually looks weird, lol!

This is the only one where he is showing the stamp off!

Hi everyone,

WOW I am at 100 followers!!! I will have to do some candy soon to celebrate :) Maybe in a month or so because my 1st candy only ends tonight!

It is my dads birthday on Friday and I have just finished his card. I thought it was going to be hard but it wasn't that hard.

The image and ribbon is from the Birthday Rak I recieved :)

The dp behind the image is embossed with the cuttlebug folder I got for my birthday. I choose the folder and only realised today it's a christmas one lol! Hopefully Dad doesn't notice the snowflakes.

I coloured the image in with my promarkers and inked the edges with my promarkers too.

I was going to add Happy Birthday but I like the way it is without it so I have said it inside.

My birthday!

Hello Everyone!!

Yesterday was my birthday and I had a fantastic day :)

We spent most of the day with family and In the evening we had some friends over and I am still trying to feel normal after all that drink!

I wanted to show you all what I recieved from the RAK Club I am in. I was so surprised and excited at it all. It's all great and I can see myself using it all. I hope I have included it all!!! I decided to sort my craft bits out and all the new stuff is stored away like it's always been there :)

First, my cards. These are all the cards I recieved. All but one (the one on the right with tilda holding roses is from my sister) are from the rak club. My partners mum made me a card too which was such a nice thing. I forgot to put it up before taking the pic though!

There are sooo many stamped images and I grouped them together so they are easy to find when I want one. Every image is going to be used! I have already picked out what to use for Lee's birthday card.

I also got my paper trimmer!!! It's fab!!!

I've not had time to make a card today, hopefully I will tomorrow as I have Lee's birthday, my dads birthday and 2 little boys birthdays to do cards for. 4 male cards!!! Thanks to these images and some candy I won I have the little boys images ready to be coloured now I just need the time to make them :s

I know, I have a few! I just couldn't help myself when I was looking through these photos, it brings back good memories :)

This is a photo of the beach in the photo before this. It's so nice. The person in this is my sister, Emily (The one who I give craft things to) enjoying the sand between her toes!

Lee took this as I was too tired to go with them to the beach. I was around 3 or 4 months pregnant when we went on this holiday and being unfit anyway, any hill was a task and this was down a big hill, lol.

I love the sky in this too. Nice and blue and not too many clouds. It looks so peaceful here.

Hi everyone!!

Today has been alright :) The lovely DHL man delivered my paper trimmer which I will not open untill my birthday on Saturday, only 2 more days. I've also recieved lots of packages from the birthday RAK I am in so Saturday is going to be exciting for me!

This is my 2nd entry into instyle stamps photo contest. I have 2 more photos to enter too I think.

This one is the GORGEOUS view we had from our caravan. It was so beautiful. If we go back to cornwall we will want to go back to this place or to St Ives as that was so beautiful too!

If I remember correctly, I was trying to get the sunset but it disappeared too quickly :(

Instyle Stamps Hula Week photo contest

Hi everyone :)

Instyle Stamps are having a hula themed week with lots of prizes!

One of the contests is a photo contest and we have to post a photo of our favourite Island... Well, I have not been to many places!! I did go to Spain but it was 5 years ago and the pc I had the pics on died! Another beautiful place I have been to is Cornwall in the UK. Getting there was a nightmare. The car broke down on us half way there and was unrepairable but lucky for us RAC let us use a hired car. It took about 3 or 4 hours longer to get there because of this but it was soooo worth the wait. We went for a week and loved it. You really don't feel like your in the UK when you go there, it is such a beautiful place. We went around loads of places :) I have a few photos I think to enter for this contest which i'll do in the next few days. Here is the first

This is bedruthan Steps. It was SO BEAUTIFUL! You get there and your really high up and you have to go down these steps to get to the actual beach. I got so scared going down the steps because they were steep, high and looking like they were going to fall apart. I didn't get to the bottom, lol. I do regret not going to the bottom but then the views at the top were so beautiful :)

A Quick and Simple birthday card

Hi everyone,

Morgan has been sick today :( He is getting about 5 teeth through at the same time and it's made him feel sick :(

Bad for him but for me... He slept till 10.30 and then woke for a hour and slept for another hour or so! He woke up feeling better and is back to normal now, phew!

While he was sleeping I thought i'd make a card. I wanted to do a quick one as I didn't know how long he'd sleep for and well it would of been quick but then I decided to do the laundry and dishes aswell and then Morgan did wake. I finished this off while he was eating so it took longer than I thought! Morgan is napping again so I have time to post this :)

I wanted to do a long purple card and I had to use pink too! I looked at the bare card and thought the Ms heart punch would look nice (when closed you can see a little bit of the inside dp which is the same as the outside). I really like the dp which was in my bag of dps from Lisa. I wanted to use a small simple image and these cupcakes are part of a sentiment stamp so I stamped these and cut the scallop circle with my cuttlebug. Behind the cupcakes is a bit of Ribbon and the sentiment is stamped and then I clear embossed over it which took ages as my black ink wouldn't stamp right! I did want to add a flower but it just looked weird.

I am pleased with this and would happily give this to someone. It is my cousins birthday at the end of March so maybe her...

I have followed the sketch at Ics. I hope my version is acceptable!

I'm not sure if i'll craft again before Saturday because I have lots of amazing birthday packages to open on my birthday from the RAK club I am in AND I have ordered a new paper trimmer!! I did order the purple cow ultimate Trimmer II (I think it was) weeks ago but the place didn't have it in stock so I was going to wait and then they said they won't have it in stock till April! APRIL!? I was not waiting that long so I got my refund yesterday and have ordered this one(has anyone tried this?) and I also ordered the extra blades and what's good is that it all came to about £6 or £7 less than the purple cow one so I got a cuttlebug folder and A Diamond Stickles (I've always wanted to see what these are like!). Watch this all be out of stock now, haha! I hope I get it before my birthday but I don't think I will as I choose the free delivery. I don't mind, it'll be worth the wait :)

So here is my card

I do like it, but not the 'sentiment' bit :( I miss my printer now! I think I should of put "Come 2 Tea" but it will do like this.

At If the shoe fits the challenge is to use 10 different things. It sounds a lot I know! This is the list:

Hi everyone,

I didn't think i'd have time to do this today but Morgan's having a proper nap today so i've had time to workout, bath, do uni work and craft! YAY!

So I wanted to enter the new challenge blog P3. It's all about 3d creations and I do love them but I am not too good at them so this is a perfect chance to challenge myself and get better at them :) This month the theme is Cubes/rectangles!

As it's Mothers day soon and we are so poor, buying presents isn't an option and I have been looking at what to do for my mum for a while now... I have made her a hanger but I wanted to make her something else too and I was looking again at the tutorials at scs and saw this box! I think it will be the perfect size to put some of the post-it note paper in so I made one for my mum to have near her telelphone.

I was going to add a stamp but I didn't want to cover up the dp! I didn't want to add text to it incase mum wanted to use it for something else.

I tried to punch the card with the Heart puncher but it wouldn't go through!!! I do wish I made the hearts the same height at the lid as it's quite tricky to get to lid back on and not squash the hearts. I wish I thought to do some embossing on it with my cuttlebug too! I do like it though :) My mum will like it too.

Hi everyone,

Not crafting for a few days has made me want to craft so much more, but with uni work to do spending more than an hour on a card is not going to happen. I needed a craft fix today though!!! Morgan was sleeping so I thought i'd do a simple, quick card for some challenges.

I actually really like it too.

I can't find my tripod so the photo's not very good.

I really like how I could use this for a lot of different things and I think it would be a nice boy card, even with the flowers!

I used the dp and sentiment from the Candy I won at Crafty Creations. I was looking through paper, saw this and HAD to use it!!!

I really love this cupcake from Squiggle Stamps. I saw some blue cherries today (I never knew you could get blue ones!) so I added a blue cherry and covered the hearts on the cupcakes with little gems. I'm going to enter this for Squiggle Stamps Current challenge which is Spring!

Hi everyone!

No creations from me today... Just wanted to post what I won last week!!

It was a lucky week for me, 1st I won candy at Crafty Creations for being the 100th Follower! I didn't even realise when I followed so that was a nice surprise. We thought the package got lost in the post because it was sent 1st class and still after 3 days, no package!!! I finally recieved it 5 days after and I was really surprised at how much I won. It's all fab! I took a pic

FAB! :D I am going to give some of it to my sister too, she will love it!

and then a few days after, I see I won candy from Heather for colour and create's birthday celebrations!

The prize was a £15 voucher at Quixotic Paperie and when I was browsing I saw the 1 thing I have always wanted!! A martha Stewart punch and it was reduced!!! So I got that and some buttons and then couldn't resist this beautiful stamp which was on sale!

Quixotic delivered so quickly too!

and today! I won one of the Claudia and Company's new releases!!!! I won Daisy She is so cute! I really love all of the releases, each one I could use for people I know but I am so happy I won Daisy with the cat! Most of my family love cats (me included) so I can use her on so much :)!

I'm really happy and just wanted to say THANK YOU!

We decorated our living room this weekend too and I LOVE IT! It only took a day and it was so cheap to do (thankfully for us, we literally have NO spending money at all now!)

A Christmas card

Hi everyone,

Lee is back today. I have decided we are going to go to an all you can eat chinese place and I am going to stuff my face! I have to get the living room back to normal as I moved all my craft things in here. I decided to make a Christmas card before I have to change it all back!

I love this image. I won it at the Belles & Whistles advent candy draws before christmas. I have tried to colour it so many times but I always hate it at the end! Well, I attempted it again and I really like how it turned out :) OOPS! I forgot to colour in the ribbon on the gift box the elf is on!

I heat embossed the dots around the image which I think looks good. The sentiment is from a Smirk Christmas paper pack I cut out and the design paper is from the same pack.

Hi everyone :)

I have seen loads of Tri fold cards and I finally have done it!

I followed the tutorial at SCS

I found it easy! I really like how it turned out. It's for Lee when he comes home tomorrow :)

I wanted to enter the challenge at Squiggle stamps the theme is Pink and Hearts! I had no Squiggle images so I thought it was a good chance to have a look at their shop. They have some beautiful images and I saw this gorgeous cupcake!! It was only 99p too in digi. Rubber is only £2.50. I have always wanted a cupcake stamp and when I saw this I knew it was going to be mine :)

I really do like how this card turned out. I love the saying (pc made) and how I added little gems and a 'cherry' to the cupcake.

I know the photos are bad but my better camera ran out of battery power.

Hi everyone,

As Lee isn't here, I have moved my desk and craft draws into the living room so I am nice and warm and have a tv to watch! It's really nice :) I would prefer Lee to be here instead! I am missing him loads. At least he should get me some Lucky charms from the shop that sells American food. I miss Lucky Charms SO much!!

I have 3 cards to show you that i've been working on since yesterday AND I have the most fantastic Envelope/box to show you! It's called Envelobox.

Not a too good photo.. I did take one from the front too but when I looked at it on the pc it sucked! This is SO easy to make and will fit 6x6 cards and it has enough room to put your cards with chunky bits in :) This is all thanks to Heather who made this and then was so kind to make a tutorial for it! Click here to see it You HAVE to see it, you will really love it :)

The paper I used is Basic grey which was only 10p! I LOVE the pattern on it.

Now for my cards.

I have made these for people in The Crafty Rak Birthday club. I have 1 more to make too. As there are 4 people I am going to send them to, I can post them here and they won't know which they are getting if they see!

Card 1:

I really like this! I love how I have put the image and the green background. I have mounted the image with foam twice and the scallop circle mounted once. I LOVE this ribbon!! I heat embossed the sentiment and sponged some green on it and the gems are coloured with my promarkers.

I really enjoyed doing this one. I adore this image! I followed the sketch over at Lilly of the valley. I love sketchers, they give me loads of ideas.

And the last card:

I love Annika! She stamps so well. I stamped and heat embossed the background on this. Usually I stamp background and throw them away because I really dislike them, but I really like this one! I followed the sketch at I love Promarkers. I saw this and knew it would be a challenge. I didn't think i'd have enough space and I didn't want to cover the background up too much! Also as it has 2 images, I am entering it for Polly craft Monday challenge which is to use 2 images! I have been looking at this challenge for over a week now and trying to make a card for it! I am really glad I finally have. Also Flutterby Wednesdays are having a open challenge so this is being entered for that. I want to enter this for Simon says challenge too which is Vintage without flowers. I'm not too sure how vintage this looks. I always associate vintage with distressing which I have done! Finally Alota Rubber stamps theme is distressing so this fits with that too!

Hello everyone :)

I've not created anything today, Lee goes away tomorrow on training for his new job, so i've just been spending the evening with him. Yay a new job! I REALLY hope this one is a keeper!!!!

I've been blog hopping today and have just come across a really lovely looking blog for children and adults! I know there are a lot of crafting adults that have crafting children in their life and I think this challenge blog is great for when you want to craft together! You don't have to both enter the challenge too.

It is Aimee's Challenge blog Aimee is a beautiful 5 year old girl and she chooses her favourite creation and she chooses the prize too which I think sounds great! The challenges run every second Thursday so you have lots of time to create too.

I thought I would let all of you know about this as it's a new challenge blog and I really love the look of it!!

My 1st wall hanging!

Hi everyone :)

Today, I saw This beautiful wall hanging and had to participate in One stop craft's challenge which is wall hangings!

I have no idea what people use to make the wall hangings with so I cut out 2 pieces of card and stuck them together and worked from that!

The photo isn't great as I used flash, click it to get a better look.

I think it turned out ok :) Hopefully you can see, I embossed the dp on the left with my cuttlebug and I heat embossed the green part with a stamp I bought and hardly use! The image is a Sugar Nellie one and Coloured with Promarkers. I went around the edges of some bits with a gold ink pad. The sentiment is computer made. The little sparkly buttlerfly was in a bundle of bits I bought (it's so cute!) the gems were a bargain from poundland, the ribbon is from the market here and the flower is Prima I think.

I also wanted to join in with some other challenges so made this around them!

There is also a new challenge blog out there! oh Alice! it's all because of the new Alice in wonderland coming out soon! I have to say, I cannot wait! I love Alice in Wonderland!! I remember Santa giving me one of the books for Christmas and I was such a happy little gir.

I THINK I have done this challenge right, I saw the DTs samples and they are not necessary aimed at Alice (I don't think!). It's a colour photo inspiration challenge. As soon as I saw the green I knew what to use!! I did ignore the black as I wanted a lighter card and also I felt the whole makeup box looks a little bit vintage (To me anyway) so I did a little bit of it on my card too!

Hello everyone!

What a crappy day. The job Lee is suppose to start on Monday is not possible as it conflicts with a contract for another company he worked for last year, now the company that he was working for want him to work for them again but it's ridiculus. The same role, yet they want Lee to do his own taxes and the job role won't be permanent. The other company would pay for him to take courses to futher his career, the job is permanent and they have a pension scheme!!! So the original company he works for are basically saying "Join us or have no job" because we know they will not let the better company have him! GRRRR! It wouldn't be so bad if they at least offered him a permanent contract but without that security he is just going to be messed about again!

Ok, back to my card! I decided (before all that) to try Lee's Mum's Mothers day card. I did it and didn't like it with the sentiment. Then I stuck it all down, added a flower and gems and I do like it now but I need to do another sentiment, but this card could be for a birthday too so I am going to leave the sentiment off it untill I am 100% happy with it as a Mothers day card!

I like how the top part of the flower sticks out :)

My 1st heat embossing.

Hi everyone :)

I had to stock up on coloured paper yesterday so I went to papermill. I was so sad when I got there as they were closing down :( BUT they had 50% off EVERYTHING!!! Now, there was not a lot left, not many card colours but for £2.50 a box and the box was bigger than the usuall ones, I got one! and then I saw a heat gun half price at £10! I had to get it and today I went to my local craft store and they had 3 bottles of embossing powder for £1 each, gold, silver and blue so I got them :) I've been having fun with it!!

Here is my card today

I heat embossed the butterflies and sentiment.

I used a piece of design paper to cut a scallop circle out to put the image on and just added some buttons. I thought the background paper was enough to leave it this simple!

I found this step card to be really easy to make and decorate. I was going to add flowers on the middle step but then wanted to add buttons as there are lots of flowers already.

Instyle Stamps Club Anime

Hi everyone :)

I made a card for the Club anime Challenge. It is a sketch. It is such an easy sketch and the prize is May Arts ribbon, Bo Bunny Love Bandit papers AND a Bo Bunny Family album! Please go and check them out. I'm not sure if you can use any image but I think you can, I can't find anywhere that says, but their other Instyle stamps blog has challenges too and you can use any image! The instyle stamps are SO cute though, I was lucky to win one last week and she is sooooo cute!!!!
I had some trouble colouring her (and then marked the image with a red promarker!) because I ran out of computer ink and I made the image too small!

I did want to enter this into the Instyle wednesday challenge but I have no kisses (I looked for ages online and found one but my colour ink has decided to run out too!!) :( If you do, you should enter, the prize is a beautiful eco bag! All you have to do is use Turquoise and Red and include kisses.

The image is a digi of Sitting Kylah Cute right? I love her hair.

Do you like my dp? I LOVE it! I got it yesterday from a craft store, a big sheet for 10p!! I got four, 6"x6" pieces from it.

Another Easel Card

I do love my easel cards!!
I like this one loads!!

It's not bright here so it's not too great of a photo!
The gems around the bottom look terrible on the photo but they really do look nice.
The pink paper is shiny too!! It's soooo nice.

A card for some challenges,

Hi everyone :)

I've made this card for a few challenges as I don't have any cards to make for people right now! I only have Mothers day and Lee's to make but Lee's isn't for a while and I am not sure what to make for mothers day.

I love the dp!! I really wanted some new dp and I saw This funky Vintage paper and I loved it!!!

I followed the sketch and colours at I love promarkers, I was going to add some ribbon down the card where the paper is but thought i'd use the rest of the paper.

The gems are coloured in a promarker and these are in my candy! I love how I can colour them any colour and they are already sticky.

The hot pink card is scrap as I have no more pink card I used it to make this card.

The sentiment is computer made and the brown card is also scrap.

Finally, the image is a TGF Anya, coloured in promarkers and I think I got the hair shading ok :) I did mess up at first so went over it all in another colour and lucky for me it came out like this! I like how I got a bit of shading or something on the wings too. I was going to put glitter on them but I like them how they are now.

I do like this card!! I'm thinking it could be for anyone, best mum, sister, aunty, girlfriend. It can be anything, I am thinking more for valentines day right now but if it isn't used by then it could easily be for something else.

Also!!! I made some handmade labels and I think they came out ok and they were sooo easy!

It did take me a few hours to get the design right but now I really like them. I made a card for my mums friend and I wanted to add something by me on it so I did this!

Hello everyone :)

I was going to finish this card off tomorrow but couldn't resist doing it today!
I followed Leann's tutorial. I've done a gate card before but it was bigger. I really like the size of this one.
The photos will have a lovely yellowish tinge to them as it is evening!

I didn't realise I had this paper!!!! I love it!! I also tried to do some shading on Annika's hair, from far away I think it looks ok. I have embossed the paper with dots and the sentiment is computer made.

Hi everyone,

I am loving this layout :) I was looking for hours for one as I didn't want to make one and when I saw this I got it up ASAP!
I have not made anything today. I've been colouring in a lot as I am terrible at it and I got my 6 promarkers from the c.r.a.f.t challenge I won (STUPID me asked for one I already had, grr!). I got some new card thanks to Angela and it is fantastic! No bleeding at all and it's cheaper than the usual card I get. Now I just have to somehow imagine where the light is coming from on the images. I find it so hard to imagine! I'm probably going to look for a colouring tutorial online I can follow.

Hi everyone,

One of my friends birthdays is soon, well it's at the end of Feb, but when I saw this image, I had to use it straight away! The paper is also I saw and had to use with it too! It's lovely and has been embossed too.
If you can't tell, it's an easel card. I am really enjoying making these!

A Goal list

Hi everyone!

It's just gone 12am here so I will be sleeping very soon, just before I did I wanted to make a goal list for Instyle Stamps challenge.
I cut out some really thick cardboard and stuck the dp on it, then added the ribbon and the flower. I cut some paper to fit and added the little clip thing! I really wanted to add a stamp or at least the word "GOALS" but I didn't want to hide the dp!

As it's dark here it was so hard to get a nice photo :(

It looks so much better than this!!!

Magazine Cover

Hi everyone,

As it is SO SO cold in the room where I study, I've decided to do some more tomorrow. Which gave me time to make a magazine cover for Digital Doodling. They are having a challenge there!
After looking through all my photos, I found one of Morgan that I LOVE!! His 1st taste of ice cream!

So I then decided to do one of Me and Lee too! I couldn't find a better cover to go with the photo than one that covered a bit of my face :s

Lee's Valentine's Card.

Hi everyone,

I decided to make Lee's Valentines day card yesterday and I finished it today! Just in time for the sun to kind of come out.

I finished it, took a photo and decide it looked wrong so I moved things about and successfully didn't rip the card so bad I had to throw it away!
Here are the before photo's

I ran out of Red card but REALLY wanted to use this red so I had to use blue card and then got some of the scraped red card and stuck that to the bottom part!

I think it's much nicer. I had to add the little blue hearts jewel because there was a little rip in the card there!
The promarkers ran a little bit :( but I am so low on white card I could not use anymore!

I used the sketch at Papertake weekly for the main part and just moved the sentiment. I got the colour ideas from Sassy Designs by Susie challenge which is Red, White and blue!

Just a quick post. I have made a card but it's too dark to get a good photo so hopefully i'll get one tomorrow!!

My TGF Cha Contest Cards!

Hi everyone :)!

I participated in the TGF CHA Contest and here are my cards :)
I am not adding my Charlotte one as it is terrible! It is my aim to make a beautiful card with her in now.

Mer Ian :) He is great isn't he? I wish I added some glitter to him now, but it didn't cross my mind when I was doing it!

Here is CUTE Toby!!! I love Toby. I love how he can be a boy or a girl. I think if i give this card to somebody, I will add some Gems near Toby as it is a little too plain for me now i've had a good look at it!

And finally Prince Ian :)

I love him! He is so perfect for a little boys card or a grown up card! I added some shiny stuff on the embossed part and the sentiment part but you can't see it so well.

Also, I'd like to enter Prince Ian into the A spoon full of sugar challenge which is freestyle!

I am very sad that TGF had to stop the contest early. Not because I wanted the free digi's but because it's going to send me crazy if I do not know what they were! I really hope they show us the last 2.

I completly understand why they stopped it. It was SO popular! If they are crazy enough to do this again, they will be prepared!

I am so greatful for 4 free digi's. My Partner Lee lost his job last week so spending any money is out of the question but now I have 4 tgf digi's to play with for free!!

I didn't think I was going to make such a nice card as we had really bad news last night, I've not been myself. This has really relaxed me though!
I coloured Demure with promarkers. I tried to shade but I really dislike my attempt! When I put the card together I thought the circle she is in was too boring so I added the tiny (evil) beads! They were so hard to get on there and the sticky part kept coming off so in the end I used my glue pen to stick them. Then I decided to add them to the punched part at the bottom and then I wanted to add one to the flower in the top right!
What is a card full of flowers without a butterfly? I think it goes so well!
No sentiment as I couldn't think of one and I think it would be a little overcrowded with one on.

Hi everyone !

I have a lovely card to show you today. Its daytime so I got a good photo, yay!!

I used white card to get a nicer background too. It REALLY makes a difference!
This stamp is a new one, from Funky Kits. Its on sale at the moment for only £2.25!!!! Here is where it is with others on sale for January.
The flowers and gems were such a bargain I am so happy! They are from poundland!! They had big bags of gems, all shapes and sizes and a big bag of die cuts! The best thing is, I was with my mum so she bought them :D!!!! I got 2 bags of the gems as they probably won't have them again, i'm sure these gems will last me a long time.
The sentiment is from a lot I won on ebay. It's stamping bella. I love this sentiment but i've never had a card to use it on untill now :)
As you can tell, I am a happy person today. I recieved my prize from passion for promarkers from the xmas Challenge and I was over the moon when I opened it. The stamp I got is so cute I LOVE IT. It's this one Here I really wanted a Maggie one :) sooo cute!!!!
AND I also won at C.R.A.F.T and the prize is perfect, 6 promarkers of my choice.

Christmas!

Hi everyone,

Ok Christmas has just gone but how many of us wait to do Christmas cards and the next thing you know, it's nearly Christmas!?
Here is my card for the 1st Susie and Vikki's Christmas Club Challenge, which is Snow!

I know the photo is terrible, it's dark here and the room I am in always seems to make my cards yellowish!

The image is what I won in Debbi's Promarkers candy and is sold Here! I have 3 new stamps that I recieved today from Funky Kits! I have had a practice colour with them and I am going to use one soon!

I added some glitter to the snowman and around the edges of the circle which I think looks really nice :)

I wish I had some snowflakes or something but i don't so I added the bow and the sentiment is computer made. I did want to put "let it snow" but... I am so lazy, to do that I would of had to of printed it out and this sentiment was already in my draw!

Flutter Anya

Hi everyone!

I spent most of the weekend with a hang over so I did no crafting and reading blogs was so hard. I am back now untill next weekend, hehe!

I have made this card for the Club Anya and Friends Monday Mania challenge, which is a recipe of Olive green, Pink, Dark Brown and Sparkle! I was looking for a olive green in my stash for ages! I am still not very happy with the green I have, but it's the best I could find. I also wanted to make the card Brown, not hot pink but I have ran out of brown but I do think the hot pink is great!

I just LOVE this stamp :)
The sentiment part was made my accident but I think it looks nice!

I'm not sure what else to say about it, it was pretty easy to make and it all fell together which is great!

Also, Stamping fantasies are having a blog hop on the 1st Feb with LOTS of prizes! I can't wait to join in :)

Pink and Grey

Hii everyone,

I recieved all my uni books yesterday, I was not expecting 16 plus 3 cds and guides! So I have no choice but to get my desk out of it's hiding place and move some things around so it could fit in a room we don't use as I don't want any distractions when I am working!
That also means I have a proper desk to craft on too!
It was so much more easier to make this card on my desk than the top of my craft storage.

It's dark here now so it's hard to get a good photo of this.

I used the sketch at C.R.A.F.T. I saw this and I wanted to make a card straight away :)!
I also made this pink and grey for the challenge at Cute Card Thursday and I am also entering this for Charisma Cardz which is anything New (my stamp).

I embossed the background which I really like! Annika is coloured in Promarkers. I stamped the butterfly image and then sponged it. I did do a grey one too, but I thought the pink stood out a lot more. I was sitting looking at this card for ages when it came to adding the flowers. Most of my flowers looked way too big or just not right. I would of prefered grey flowers but I have none!

Hi everyone :D

I know I am not very adventurous with my titles!
I have just finished a card I LOVE. I really really really like this one.

I followed the sketch at Sweet Sketch Wednesday. I thought my image would be too big but I do like it this big.
I really wanted to try and do some distressing and I think i've done it ok! I love sponging my edges now (as if you don't know by this card), I think it really makes the card look a lot nicer. I use my promarkers to sponge the edges again :)
This is also the stamp I ordered with Annika that I had to use!
I also embossed the card which you can kind of see if you enlarge it.

Hi everyone :D!

I got some stamps I ordered from Mr Postman today!! I HAD to get this one TGF stamp as soon as a saw THIS gorgeous card! I loved this stamp and I HAD to get it! While I was looking for a seller online, I came across Nut Crafters who had it for 30% off at £4.40! as soon a I saw postage would only be £1 I KNEW I was going to get it! I also got Flutter Anya too for the same price and some gorgeous flowers! I really wasn't expecting my package for a few days but it came today.
Here is my card, I used the sketch at Totally Gorjuss, I hope I have followed it ok!

Also, I think I got a bargin on the sentiment stamp. It's a stamping Bella one which I got from ebay with 7 other little sentiment stamps for only £2.50! That came today, so I had to use it :)

I used my lovely Promarkers to colour the image in. I used memento ink but it ran a little bit!!! I thought it doesn't run with Promarkers?! Maybe I got different card from Paper mill than the last time I went.... I was going to colour Annika's books in but I like them white.
See the pink sponged bit around the sentiment and image? That is done with my promarkers too! I was quite impressed with myself when I thought of that and it worked, lol.
I cut the circles out myself, it took me a while to find a round object the right size to go with the scallop circle and then when I did find something (after searching the whole house) it was in my craft draw!
I love this paper. It's one that Lisa sent me. I wish I knew who it was by as I really would like to buy some! Maybe i'll take some time soon to look on some craft shop websites and see if I can find it.
I thought I would add the little gems in the top right corner as it looked a little too plain up there!

Hiii everyone!

I really do not like the card I posted yesterday so today I redid it! Also today, I got my prize from The stamp man Blog hop! I got some cool moon glow spritz things. I really love them! I used them to make my background in this card.

The only thing I'd like to change is the 'Happy birthday' part, but I had no more card of this colour so it has to be like that!
